24 hour Non-Stop Gym Session in aid of Mental Health Awareness - World Record Attempt

Adam has been a member of the Gym at Littleport Leisure since 2011 and we were delighted when he asked if he could attempt the world record for the longest gym session at our venue. Adam has lost several close friends through mental health and decided to help raise awareness about the issue that so many people deal with on a day to day basis.

Adam applied to the Guinness World Records, advising them of his idea and they said yes! The current record stands at 13 hours and Adam wants to beat it.

We are hoping that many of our members both old and current will join Adam during the 24 hours, to offer support and encouragement to help him achieve his goal of 24 hours.
