Classic and vintage buses take to the roads this weekend for the ever popular Fenland Busfest 2023 event.

Organised by the Eastern Bus Enthusiasts, buses will run throughout Sunday 21st May from Market Street in Whittlesey to various destinations across the fens.

All journeys are free, and take passengers to Peterborough, Yaxley, March, Turves and Thorney.

Buses also run to Ramsey Rural Museum, allowing travellers to visit the Ramsey Fen Fair and Classic Vehicle Show - which promises a further 200 exhibits.

Nick Larkin from the Eastern Bus Enthusiasts said

"We are delighted to be bringing BusFest to Fenland once again and hope everyone enjoys riding on the buses and coaches.

"The idea is to provide a great day out and promote bus and coach preservation in Cambridgeshire.

Over 30 buses will take part in the free event, and you can find out more here.
