A drug dealer who ran a criminal enterprise supplying crack cocaine in Cambridge has been jailed.
Police arrested 18-year-old Levi George in Crow Street, Essex, on 14 March after phone records revealed he had been operating the ‘Zee’ drug line between Cambridge and Essex since October last year (2022).
Officers found more than £3,000 in cash, mobile phones and more than £10,000 of crack cocaine and heroin.
At Peterborough Crown Court on Tuesday (6 June), George, of Aragon Close, Cambridge, was sentenced to three years in prison after pleading guilty to being concerned in the supply of crack cocaine and heroin, possession with intent to supply crack cocaine and heroin and possession of criminal property.
Detective Constable Oliver Bissill, who investigated, said: “Following an extensive investigation, George was identified and attributed to the ‘Zee’ line.
