Police are appealing for witnesses after three lorries were involved in a collision on the A14 on Monday (17 January).
The crash on the eastbound carriageway just before the A11 junction happened at about 10.40am and resulted in significant delays for traffic.
Two drivers suffered minor injuries.
Police would particularly like to hear from anyone who saw a van and a car in the area at the time which did not stop following the collision.
PC Doug McColm said: “We’re appealing for anyone who saw the collision to contact us and we are particularly keen to hear from anyone who saw the van and car. We are keen to trace them as a matter of urgency.”
