Police are appealing for witnesses after two dog walkers were threatened in Haverhill.

They both took place on Saturday 25 January 2025 between midday and 2pm close to a play area on School Road.

The victims were both approached by two males, who were riding an e-scooter, wearing balaclavas, and aged approximately 11 to 15 years old.

In both incidents they threatened the dog and, when challenged, one of the offenders showed what was described as a knife.

No-one was hurt, but in the second incident, the victim was pushed into a bush.

Anyone who witnessed the incident or has knowledge of who the offenders were is being urged to contact Haverhill Police.
