Pair of drug dealers jailed after haul of crack cocaine and heroin discovered.
Jacob Hall jumped from a first-floor window and Reis Treby ran off when police arrived at the property they were staying at in Rectory Close, Longstanton, in August.
Officers found crack cocaine and heroin with a street value of almost £7,000. There were drugs on the living room table being cut up and put into individual deal bags ready to sell.
In the kitchen there was evidence of crack cocaine being cooked and there were seven mobile phones scattered around the house containing text messages relating to drug dealing.
Hall, 28, of no fixed abode was arrested at the house while Treby, 23, was later arrested and found with crack cocaine and heroin worth £3,000.
At Huntingdon Crown Court the pair were sentenced to three years and four months in prison each.
Hall pleaded guilty to possession with intent to supply heroin and crack cocaine. Treby pleaded guilty to being concerned in the supply of heroin and crack cocaine.
Sophie Ingle, 26, who was also in the property, pleaded guilty to permitting use of premises for supply of crack cocaine. She received a community order.
PC Steve Girdlestone, who investigated, said: “Drugs have no place in our community, they fuel crime and exploitation. We’ll continue to pursue and bring to justice those who cause misery in our communities.”
