Festive Ely Markets bring Christmas spirit to the heart of the city

Ely Markets will raise the city’s Christmas spirit with an array of festive markets throughout next week.

Christmas Mini-Markets will open on the 18th, 19th and 20th December from 10am until 3pm on Ely Market Place.  This provides an opportunity for last-minute present buying, as well as a chance to indulge in the variety of food and gift stalls available.

As well as the Mini-Markets, the annual Special Christmas Market takes place on Friday 22nd December from 8.30am to 3.30pm, with a fantastic selection of favourite and festive stalls including unique crafts, artisan food & drink, streetfood, vintage and Farmers Market producers plus seasonal gifts and entertainment.  Look out for the very special visitor all the way from the North Pole.

These extra-special events are in addition to Ely Markets’ regular weekly Charter Market on Thursdays, Craft, Food & Vintage Market on Saturdays and Christmas Eve Sunday Market which will all be taking place as scheduled with a festive sparkle.
