"Friendship" snowdrops planted in Huntingdon

Two-thousand bulbs were planted in Coneygear Park on Valentine's Day.

To mark 60 years of Britain in Bloom, the Royal Horticultural Society (RHS) announced this year's theme would be "Friendship".

With this in mind, community groups and schoolchildren came together to makeover the park.

The event celebrated the friendships that develop through gardening.

Some even chose to dedicate their snowdrops to a friend using a personalised postcard.
