A MAN who died in a collision on Huntingdon Road in Cambridge last Friday (March 24) has been named.
John Michael Roche, known to family and friends as Jack, 30, of Bandon Road, Cambridge, was driving a blue Volkswagen GTE at 3.45am when he lost control of the vehicle and collided with a lamp post, close to the junction with Thornton Road. He was taken to Addenbrooke’s Hospital, but sadly died of his injuries.
Nobody else was injured in the collision.
Anyone who witnessed the collision is asked to call the Road Policing Unit on 101.
