POLICE are appealing for information after a jogger was assaulted in Great Shelford on Friday evening (September 29).
The victim, a 30-year-old man, was running from Addenbrooke’s Hospital towards Great Shelford, along the ‘DNA’ cycle path in Granham’s Road at about 7pm when two men jumped out from the bushes.
The men grabbed him but he managed to run away, suffering a minor injury.
The offenders are described as both possibly in their early 20s, under 6’ tall, slim and wearing all black.
