Cambridgeshire Police are appealing for witnesses as the man remains in hospital.
The crash, involving the Piaggio moped and a BMW 1 series car, happened between around 5pm on Tuesday 21 November 2023, at the junction of Green End and Fairfield.
The moped rider, a man his 20s, was taken to hospital for treatment.
The driver of the car, a 25-year-old woman from Potton, Bedfordshire, was uninjured and stopped at the scene.
