Pair charged for Cambridgeshire allotment stabbing

A man and a woman have been charged after a stabbing at a Cambridgeshire allotments.

The victim, a man in his late 50s, was at his allotment on Burton Street in Peterborough on 15 June 2024, when he was stabbed multiple times, leaving him in a life-threatening condition.

He required extensive medical treatment at Addenbrookes’ Hospital in Cambridge, and is now recovering at home.

Mark Moss, 36, and Gemma Peterson, 37, have since been charged with attempted murder and robbery and are due to appear at Cambridge Magistrates’ Court on Tuesday 2 July 2024.
