A new housing development will be built at Netherhall Farm to the south of Cambridge.
After a long back and forth between builders and planning officers, the proposals were approved by Cambridge City Council on 24 July 2024.
Outline planning permission to develop the land off Wort's Causeway was formally approved back in 2022.
Made up of a mixture of flats and houses, 80 of the homes will be made available as affordable housing.
The latest illustrations set out more details of what the development could look like.
The developer, Cala Homes, has said it will create an "inclusive and well-designed" development, which will offer a number of benefits for the city.
Concerns had been raised by some locals, including opposition to green belt land being built on, and concerns that 200 new homes would be "overdevelopment".
However, the developer has claimed the homes will offer "significant benefits".
