
No serious injuries have been reported and the road has reopened.
Emergency services were called at 6.55am on Wednesday 10 January 2024 with reports of a collision involving seven vehicles on the westbound A1307.
The westbound carriageway was closed between Swavesey and Fenstanton for several hours while recovery took place and the road was gritted.
Reports of a separate three vehicle collision on the eastbound carriageway came in just after 8am.
Police are urging drivers to be careful in the current cold and icy conditions.
