Cambridge's smallest pub has shut its doors just months after a major revamp and reopening.
The tiny St Radegund pub on Kings Street closed its doors in 2019, but following five years of renovations, reopened in March 2024 with a new name, The Rad.
Back in March, the owner told Star the had converted the historic building into a 25-line craft beer taproom, and had tried to optimise capacity through clever design.
But, in October 2024, they announced their devastation at the permanent closure of the pub, citing high costs and heavy debts as the main factors.
