The decision on a new Solar Farm near Newmarket has been pushed back because of the general election.
The deadline to decide on the Sunnica Energy Farm was in June but is now postponed to after the general election on 4th July.
The 2,500-acre solar farm on the Cambridgeshire-Suffolk border would power 172,000 homes.
East Cambridgeshire District Council and Suffolk County Council have both previously opposed the plans.
