A man has died after a serious collision on the A428 near Eltisley on Monday.
The man, who was in his 60s, was driving a van, when he was involved in a collision with an HGV and a camper van at about 4.50pm on Monday 12 August 2024.
The road was closed, and, while no other injuries were reported, the van driver was taken to Addenbrooke’s Hospital in Cambridge where he died on Tuesday 13 August 2024.
The driver of the HGV, a 53-year-old man from Doncaster, was arrested on suspicion of causing death by dangerous driving and remains in custody.
